My layout goal for the year!

Did you miss me?

Ok, so did ya?  I have neglected my poor blog for so long.  Between moving (and moving again…)  and school starting, plus sickness, it has been on the back burner.  If it means anything, I missed all of you and your wonderful comments!  I am hoping that things will be better now that it has clamed down some.

As far as things go, it is improving.  I knew moving to another state would be hard, but I was not prepared for what we were getting ourselves into.  The first house we lived in for 22 days.  It was disgusting!  We just couldn’t do roaches, mice, and fleas.  So, now we are in another rent house, but it is much better.  Unfortunately, our animals haven’t fared well here.  One cat got bit by a snake the second night we were here.  Another cat got strangled by her collar the next week.  The worst was our little yorkie, Fritz, got hit by a car the following week.  We have had him for 9 years, so it was heartbreaking.  We told the kids that when we sell our house, and get our own here, that we will get them a new dog.  Other than that, things have been getting better!  Cross your fingers that it stays that way.

I finally have a new kit out!  It started as a prize for a speed scrap, but it turned out huge!  My kits always do that.  hehehe  We do lots of fishing around here, since we have a creek in the backyard.  I had a lot of fun doing this kit and layout.  It will be on sale this week 30% off at Pretty Scrappy, so it will only be $3.50!  I hope you have as much fun with it as I had.  The colors are just so bright and cheery!
